Some mentees know who they want to work with, while others prefer that our knowledgeable staff match them with the right mentor. You will see an option on the Mentoring Request & Payment Form to request that an ASLIS staff member helps match you with mentor/s best suited to your specific needs.
Simply follow the steps outlined on the request form and click submit. ASLIS will be notified of your submission. Our staff will review your request and contact mentors on your behalf. ASLIS will then contact you via email with mentors’ availability, quote, and any other pertinent information. Specific directions and the next steps will be included in the email from our staff.
You will receive an official payment request from an ASLIS staff via email. You can submit payment by filling out a new Mentoring Request & Payment Form. Make sure to select the option “I already completed this form and am ready to submit payment.” You have the option of paying for one session or multiple sessions at the same time. This form (linked below) is available to mentees 24/7. Mentees do not have to wait for an email reminder from staff to make a payment.
You can also pay for services with more than one mentor at a time simply by clicking the “Add jobs” button you will see on the form. Once we receive your payment, we will enter your session into the system. Please note that ASLIS charges a 10% Service Fee.
Mentees must submit payment within 24 hours of receiving a payment request from ASLIS. Mentees who are unable to pay within that 24-hour period MUST email mentoring@aslis.com to make other arrangements.
Cancellation Policy:
Any sessions that have not been paid for will automatically be canceled if payment is not received 48 hours in advance of the session. Mentees who fail to communicate about cancellations or rescheduling needs are subject to refusal of mentoring services via ASLIS.
Payments are non-refundable, and mentees must provide 24-hour notice to their mentor if they need to cancel/reschedule. Mentors maintain the right to collect payment for scheduled mentoring sessions that are canceled by the mentee with less than 24-hour notice. To learn more, please visit the FAQ section.
Once payment is submitted, it will be reflected in the ASLIS portal along with an email confirmation, including the receipt number of said payment.
On average, our mentors’ rates range from $30-$50 a session. Request a quote or provide us with your budget! We have a mentor for every person, every budget!
