Event Details

Earn 0.2 CEUs by completing this Independent Study. April 7th – 13th is National Volunteer Week! This Independent Study will allow you to explore the impacts that volunteering can have. You will be required to write a 3-page minimum paper. Questions are provided.

Educational Objectives:

1) List various perspectives on pro bono/volunteering within the field of interpreting.

2) Assess my personal views on pro bono/volunteer work.

3) Dissect the current system for CEUs and examine the possibility if adding volunteer options/requirements for CEUs would be beneficial.
