ASLIS is an Approved RID CMP Sponsor for Continuing Education Activities. This Professional Studies program is offered for a total of 0.4 CEUs at Some Content Knowledge Level.

Stephanie Feyne is an interpreter with over 35 years’ experience. She lives in New York City, where she interprets in community settings, with an emphasis in arts, education and legal. She has been faculty in interpreter education programs in NYC and CA, and was also one of the four instructors for the annual national Interpreting for the Theatre Seminar. She has been offering workshops nationwide for over 20 years. Aspects of her research on the impact of interpreter choices on the perception of Deaf professionals were published by both Gallaudet University Press and the International Association of Translation and Intercultural Studies (IATIS).
