An important part of interpreting is ethics. This Independent Study offers a first glimpse into supervision/case conferencing and an opportunity to reflect on how they impact ethical decision making as an interpreter. You will read 2 articles and write a 2-page minimum reflection paper. Questions are provided.
Educational Objectives:
1) Demonstrate an understanding of Supervision/Case Conferencing.
2) Identify ways that Case Conferencing can help with making ethical decisions. 3) Dissect a situation that challenged my ethical decision making while interpreting. |
