Event Details
Effective self-evaluation is critical for remote interpreter growth, yet many professionals struggle to assess their performance objectively. Often it’s due to working alone as a remote interpreter but this very fact is critical to ensure performance and growth is prioritized. We will dive into a time-tested self-assessment framework designed for all remote interpreters.
Participants will learn to use a structured evaluation tool that provides measurable metrics for identifying strengths and growth opportunities. Through guided practice, remote interpreters will apply this framework to their own work and receive expert feedback on their assessment approach.
Educational Objectives:
- Identify specific strengths and growth opportunities in your interpreting practice
- Practice using measurable metrics to assess your performance
- Develop strategies to implement regular self-evaluation in your professional routine
ASLIS virtual workshops are NOT recorded for later viewing.
