We always want to hear how our interpreters are doing. We welcome and encourage clients to send us interpreter evaluation forms. The evaluation form asks clients to rate the following: the interpreter’s timeliness, the interpreter’s attitude, and the interpreter’s strength and weaknesses. Clients can also let us know if they want the interpreter added to their favorites list, no list, or opt for neutral (neither) list. There are several ways for our clients to submit interpreter evaluation forms. One way is to fill out the evaluation form below. Or they may log on to their ASLIS Account and send an evaluation form from there.
